Boudoir photography can be shot on-location or in the studio studio, if only for privacy reasons. This intimate portrait session with Scarlet Ana wearing a see-through lacy, white robe was made in my 11×15-foot home-based studio.
Film Friday: Shooting Ilford HP5 PLUS
Ilford Photo’s HP emulsion is a cubic-grain black-and-white film that has a long history. It was originally formulated as Hypersensitive Panchromatic plates in 1931 and since then it has progressed through a number of versions, with HP5 PLUS being the latest.
