New Password Protected Posts for 2025

by | Jun 21, 2025

Today’s post is a reminder on how to access this blog’s Password Protected Posts. If you missed my original post, Some Special Posts for Patreon Subscribers and subsequent updates, today’s post has information about some of the benefits for Patreon subscribers.

Today’s Special Post by Joe Farace

Censorship is certainly not the answer to controversial material and is inconsistent with our most basic constitutional values. — Kimberle Williams Crenshaw

Last year I began publishing a series of posts featuring uncensored photographs of models that I’ve worked with during the past several years. These posts were typically uploaded on Thursdays and displayed on the main page as “Password Protected” or sometimes “Protected. Occasionally, there are also Bonus Password Protected posts that appear on Tuesdays that have special themes or are a response to reader requests for more or different images of a model who was fatured.

What is a Password Protected Post?

These Password Protected posts take you “behind the screen” into some of the experiences I’ve had creating glamour images for my books, private model shoots, client assignments as well as shoots for print magazines before photographic print magazines essentially died in America. Some of these posts will provide insight into why the UK (population 67 million) and Japan (population 125 million) still support a vibrant and wide variety of print photographic magazines, while the US (population 333 million) does not. And yes, all those countries have Internet access to blogs and YouTube too.

The biggest change you’ll notice in the content of these special posts is that, for the first time in this blog’s history, you’ll be able to see completely uncensored images of some of the models I’ve photographed. These posts also include all the technical photographic details on how these images were produced as well as my thoughts and opinions about why photographs of these women were censored (and by whom) as well as what is was like working with these talented models. I think you’ll find a surprise or two.

How It Works

In order to access the content of Password Protected posts, you have to be a member of my Patreon at the second ($2.50/month) or third tier ($5/month.) In addition to the normal membership benefits, you will receive a unique password allowing you to view all of the new as well as all of the past posts containing uncensored images and content. Keep in mind that Patreon subscriptions may be canceled at any time. If you don’t like these posts, you can quit and your unique password will be disabled.

If you are not currently a subscriber, please sign up now to gain access to all of the past and future protected posts. This is the only way I can publish uncensored images without being punished by the nanny software that’s used by many companies and individuals as well as in Google rankings.

If this program gains enough patrons, I want to include galleries showing many different images from these model shoots. Adding any other features, such as behind-the-scenes videos depends on the response to these posts but more members than are currently subscribed will have to be added in order for me to afford adding these features.

Joe Farace’s Glamour Photography features information about how I shoot glamour portraits in available light situations or when using minimal lighting equipment such as reflectors or speedlights. Used copies are available from Amazon.com for around ten bucks, as I write this. Kindle copies are $19.99 for those preferring a digital format.
